IRISH COFFEE





INGREDIENTS:

1.3 oz (2 parts) Irish whiskey
2.75 oz (4 parts) hot coffee
1 oz (1.5 parts) fresh cream
1 tsp brown sugar


HOW TO MAKE:

Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into glass and top with cream; serve hot.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with wedge of lime, serve in an irish coffee mug.
