PLANTER’S PUNCH

 


INGREDIENTS:

1.5 ozDark rum
1.1 oz Fresh orange juice
1.1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
0.6 Fresh lemon juice 1 cl Grenadine syrup
0.25 Sugar syrup
3 or 4 dashes Angostura bitters


HOW TO MAKE:

Pour all ingredients, except the bitters, into shaker filled with ice.
Shake well. Pour into large glass, filled with ice.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Add Angostura bitters, “on top”. Garnish with cocktail cherry and pineapple, serve in a highball glass
