INGREDIENTS:

0.5 oz (3 parts) brandy
1.3 oz (8 parts) port
0.25 oz (2 parts) egg yolk


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake ingredients together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass, garnish and serve.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with grated nutmeg, serve in a cocktail glass .
