A DAY AT THE BEACH



INGREDIENTS:

1 oz coconut rum
0.5 oz amaretto almond liqueur
4 oz orange juice
0.5 oz grenadine syrup

 


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Add grenadine.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry, serve on the rocks in a highball glass.
