GINGER GIN FIZZ



INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Ginger-infused gin
1 oz Lemon juice
0.25 oz Lime juice
0.5  Simple syrup
0.25  Egg white
2 drops Ginger bitters
Club soda, to fill

 


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake the gin, lemon and lime juices, simple syrup, egg white and bitters with ice,
strain and serve in highball glass with 2 ice cubes. Fill with club soda.
Garnish with an orange peel and 2 bendy straws.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with Orange peel, 2 bendy straws Serve in Highball Glass


SANTA MARIA



INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Gin Mare
0.5 oz Thyme liqueur
0.5 oz Aromatic wine syrup
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
2 drops Celery bitters
 


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve neat in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a mounted lemon peel.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with Lemon peel, mounted, serve in Double Old Fashioned


DELOREAN



INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lime juice
1 bar-spoon White sugar
 


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with 2 bendy straws.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with 2 bendy straws, serve in Double Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Gin
0.75 oz Campari
1 oz Maple beet shrub
 


HOW TO MAKE:

Add the gin, Campari, maple beet shrub and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass, or coupé if you’re feeling fancy.

GARNISH & GLASS:

serve with Rocks or Coupe 


BLUE MILK OF TATOOINE



INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Coconut cream
2 oz Beefeater 24
0.5 oz Blue Curacao
0.5 oz Giffard vanilla syrup
0.5 oz Orgeat syrup
0.75 oz Pineapple juice
0.75 oz Lime juice
 


HOW TO MAKE:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake, and strain into a milk bottle or Collins glass.

GARNISH & GLASS:

serve in a Collins glass 


PIHA SPRITZ



INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Greenhook Beach Plum Gin
0.75 oz Palm sugar rooibos syrup*
0.75 oz Fresh pineapple juice
0.5 oz Tempus Fugit Kina L’avion
0.25 oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Sparkling dry rosé


HOW TO MAKE:

Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice and top with the sparkling rosé.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with a sage flower and/or leaf, serve in a wine glass.


ALABAMA SLAMMER

 


INGREDIENTS:

0.5 oz amaretto almond liqueur
0.5 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
0.5 oz sloe gin
1 splash orange juice
1 splash sweet and sour mix


HOW TO MAKE:

Pour all ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice and shake until
completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and serve.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with a slice of orange, serve in old-fashioned glass


AMARETTO SOUR

 


INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 – 2 splashes sweet and sour mix


HOW TO MAKE:

Pour the amaretto liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a
splash or two of sweet and sour mix, and shake well. Strain or pour into an old fashioned glass.

GARNISH & GLASS:

garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange, and serve in old-fashioned glass


BRANDY ALEXANDER


 


INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz brandy
1 oz dark crème de cacao
1 oz half-and-half
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg


HOW TO MAKE:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, crème de cacao, and
half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass 

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with the nutmeg, serve in cocktail glass


BLOODY MARY


 


INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 – 3 drops Tabasco® sauce
1 lime wedge


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned
glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with wedge of lime.


BLUE HAWAIIAN


 


INGREDIENTS:

1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple


HOW TO MAKE:

Blend light rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup
ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with the slice of pineapple and a cherry, serve in highball glass


COSMOPLITAN


 


INGREDIENTS:

1 oz vodka
0.5 oz triple sec
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz cranberry juice


HOW TO MAKE:

Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a martini glass.

GARNISH & GLASS:

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve in a martini glass
